Strait Up Water is a Canadian owned and operated bottled water company based out of British Columbia, Canada. Our goal is to become one of the leading producers of bottled water by introducing consumers to a sustainable, source transparent, eco-friendly packaged, alternative to depleting our world of it's most valuable, natural resource.
We aim to change the way consumers view drinking water by introducing desalinated water to the market. Strait Up Water recognized a gap in the bottled water industry and developed a solution that proved to not only be extremely sustainable, but green and environmentally friendly.
We are proud to bring a new concept to the bottled water market. Our drinking water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system using a membrane filter. Impurities and salt brine are removed during the desalination process creating a pure drinking water.
SUSTAINABLY SOURCED FROM THE STRAIT OF GEORGIA
Strait Up Water is sourced off the coast of British Columbia from the Strait of Georgia. The coast of British Columbia is located right off the Pacific Ocean known to hold some of the lowest salt contents worldwide. The Strait of Georgia is outlined between Vancouver Island and British Columbia’s Mainland.
In our desalination process, we generate a fresh water supply utilizing salt water sourced directly from the ocean. Water is drawn into our desalinators comprised of a Pressure Supply Unit (PSU) which entails pressuring the water through a reverse osmosis system of up to 800 PSI. Throughout the process, no sealife is harmed in our desalination process.
